CZECH POINT 101 interviews one of their tenants in Bozetechova who has been a tenant since March 2009 about what it is like renting from us. Vanesa Grabon responds to questions such as how they found us, whether they paid a real estate commission or fee, what do they like and what do they not etc. Interview is all in the Czech language with main descriptions in English sub-titles.

We reward tenants who pay their rent on time! Every three months we draw two names of tenants of ours who have paid their rent on time for the previous three months.

We will be drawing from a hat on Monday the names of two tenants who have paid on time for the last 3 months and each will receive a gift. There will be a video posted of the draw.

We will be doing this regularly every three months. Tenants – be sure to get your rent in on time!

82 of 88 flats which we have for offer are rented or reserved. Viewings are steady of at least 8 to 10 per week.

Tereza Lukuvkova is the accounting genius and enforcer behind our property management division. She enters all payments into the online portal and communicates with owners and/or tenants about questions they may have.

Part of her job is contacting tenants reminding them about the rent which is due or overdue. In the above picture she shows how mean she can look when someone doesn’t pay their rent on time. Don’t mess with Tereza!

Her education background includes 4 years of technical college specializing in economics, accounting and business management. Previous to being employed at CZECH POINT 101 she worked for an IT firm as an administrative assistant.

Petra is the newest member of our team and works in our property management department in Brno. She handles viewings, checking references, setting up contracts and all essential things related to property management.

Petra is Czech but speaks also French and English. She brings to CP 101 customer service experience from IKEA and Tesco and a very good attitude!

As of today we have 81 of 88 flats rented or reserved putting occupancy at 92%.
