Southern Moravia with the second biggest city in the Czech Republic of Brno has many features that makes it a very attractive investment environment. Prices are 1/2 or less of Prague and there is proximity to Vienna (1.5 hrs away) and Bratislava (1.5 hrs away). Now RyanAir has direct flights from London to Brno. The wine regions are famous for their high quality white and ice wines.

The town of Pavlov in the heart of wine country from a ruined castle on the hill.

The town of Mikulov, only minutes from the Austrian border, has a beautifully restored downtown. It is also the most famous town in the middle of the wine area.

The town of Nova Rise on the edge of the Moravian highlands between Bohemia and Moravia is dominated by a 13th century Premonstratensian monastery.
The pearl of southwestern Moravia is the town of Telc at the foot of the Moravian highlands.
The historical core has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1992 and it is for good reason.

Vranov and its chateau in southwestern Moravia, has some of its oldest surviving architecture being from the 13th and 14th centuries.

The second largest city in the Czech Republic, this is a view of Brno from a surrounding hill.
Brno also has beautiful architecture in any of the areas surrounding the downtown. This is a local street with some examples.

Brno is amazing in spring with the local parks being covered with crocuses first and then tulips. Buying into a neighborhood with a park like this one has good potential for capital growth.
There are multiple parks like this one that dot the city of Brno and make certain neighborhoods attractive for residents.
Zelny Trh ('Cabbage Market' in English) is the largest square in downtown old Brno and boasts a history going back hundreds of years. A market is open daily which features an assortment of local and foreign fruits, vegetables, plants and other products.
This following pictures are an example of a renovated 3 bedroom flat close within 8 min walk to the main town square.

This picture shows the front of the apartment building after recent reconstruction. The work on the facade revealed beautiful artistic features that had been previously unnoticeable. All the old windows have been replaced to a new 'Euro' style window.
The high ceilings give the flats a definite 'theatre' feel. This is the kitchen of the flat.
