Training and Support
CZECH POINT 101 has a one month training program designed to get the new franchisees up on their feet and running with complete confidence.
A thorough operations manual is available for everything from how to setup the office to how to hire employees to how to qualify a new tenant.
Every six weeks all locations gather for training and idea sharing at our head office in Brno. This ongoing support and feedback ensures that we are being flexible to changing market circumstances and seize new opportunities.
