Gifts for tenants who pay their rent on time!

We will be drawing from a hat on Monday the names of two tenants who have paid on time for the last 3 months and each will receive a gift. There will be a video posted of the draw on our blog.

We will be doing this regularly every three months. Tenants – be sure to get your rent in on time!
