With advertising rates on sreality.cz jumping 35%+ on December 1, 2013 many real estate companies have been looking at alternatives and pulling their ads from this server.
This also means for consumers that if they want to find all the property for sale at any given time they can’t just search in one location (for example – sreality.cz).

You can also search directly on the websites of the biggest real estate companies in the country.
- M&M Reality – advertises that they are the largest real estate company in Czech Republic (only in Czech)
- STING realitní kancelář (also in English)
- RE/MAX (also in English)
- Century 21 (also in English)
