The Brno Commercial Court is once again accepting ‘staged’ SRO applications. This means that partial documentation for the SRO can be submitted and additional necessary documents at a later time. This is the way the Commercial Courts used to function before the changes of July 1st 2005.
This is advantageous if, for example, expiry dates of documents, such as the home country criminal record (cannot be older than 3 months) are approaching but all necessary documents for the SRO application have not been gathered.
Of course, there have been no legal changes making this acceptable but this is what our practical experience has been showing. Welcome to Czech government offices.
