There has been a few exciting developments since the last newsletter. This is my excuse of why there was a period of inactivity regarding the newsletters. My apologies.
The most exciting is the launch of our new website and corporate look: www.czechpoint101.com. We hope the website better portrays our growing organization and it will be useful to you in the future.
Also exciting on the property management side is our new online software enabling both owners and residents to get ‘real-time’ details on balances and any tasks related to their properties that are being cared for. The login is on the bottom of our home page or from this newsletter you can click here to login.
We have setup an example owner with three properties and you can login to view what information is available with email address of: ‘johndoe@czechpoint101.com’ and the password of ‘password’. Give it a test run and send us your feedback!
One note is that the reports and software currently show the currency in USD. This is being rectified and will be able to display local time and currency within the next two months. Thanks for your patience while the software is modified to fit our situation.
