I was a little bit skeptical about promoting an eBook on my blog (especially one that uses promotional tactics which make me shudder – bold, red, highlight, underline and italics all on one page!) but there is some exceptional value in this purchase.
Managing a residential rental property can be a highly profitable, highly rewarding and even a thoroughly enjoyable experience…but it can also prove to be a nightmare.
The difference between the dream property investment and the nightmare one usually comes down to one thing and one thing only:…the quality of your tenants.
This book gives some great tips and is primarily focused on how to attract and secure these top quality tenants.
Ok, I admit it. The only reason I first bought it was because of the title of the bonus book: 101 Great Money Making Real Estate Secrets by Dennis Richman. 😉

Good tenants are very hard to find. And if you are the owner of many properties, they are very hard to handle. The advantage of a property management company like this one or Triumph Property Management is that they have experienced people working in this business, and now a very nice software that helps a lot, because they can keep the properties, tenants, billing overview and everything else very organized and easy to find.
Hi Kevin,
Yes agreed. Experience is vital in this business.
