A 100% ‘do it yourself’ landlord can be required to have a basic level of skill as an accountant, banker, attorney, bill collector, carpenter, diplomat, financial analyst, insurance agent, painter, real estate agent, psychologist, salesperson, marketer, counsellor, locksmith, social worker and plumber.”
