With the stats in from Q4 2012 we can see that residential flat prices moved down a total of 3.3% year-over-year on 2011, according to the HBIndex.
In Q4 prices moved down 1.3% over Q3, which continued trends from previous years of prices going down quicker in the last quarter of the year.
