Tomáš Repaský, from our Ostrava office, told me about a fantastic investment that a client is making right now in the city through our office.
This client from Israel bought an apartment for 600,000 CZK, is in the process of investing another 150,000 CZK to upgrade and then should be able to rent it for 5,500 CZK + utilities. This would be an almost 9% gross rental yield!
When all is completed and we have the final numbers including actual rent achieved (in about two months) we hope to be able to share a case study on it.
