Prague, Brno and Ostrava offices report occupancy rates each month.
In an effort for transparency we will be publishing our occupancy rates for the previous six months on our website.
Our goal is to always have occupancy between 93 and 97%. Occupancy lower than 93% means either that our advertising is ineffective or that prices are too high and should be lowered. Occupancy higher than 97% means that the rents are not high enough and the owner is losing potential income.
