Edita from our Pardubice/Hradec Králové office discusses the latest developments on the property market in those cities.
Interviewer: Edita, what’s been happening with the real estate market in Pardubice and Hradec Králové?
Edita Kohoutek: In sale process in Hradec Králové small and big flats are stagnate and in Pardubice the situation is little bit different. With small flats it’s stagnate, too, but with bigger flats like 4 + 1 and bigger ones is situation different. These flats, I mean, their price increased and it was about 500,000 CZK.
Interviewer: Oh, that’s very, very interesting, and why that change in the market?
Edita Kohoutek: The reason is because the people from suburb are moving in the middle of the city and there is not enough flats of this size.
Interviewer: Interesting. And what about rents, have there been any major changes in rent prices?
Edita Kohoutek: In Hradec Králové is the situation same, it’s stagnate, and in Pardubice bigger flats are stagnate, too, but the small flats a little bit increased, too.
