Prague developers had a great year in 2014 selling a record number of flats. The number of flats surpassed the previous peak year of 2007 by roughly 600 flats.
Sales in Q4 were strong, accounting for 29% of the total number of flats sold.
Evžena Korce, CEO of Ekospol one of the major developers in Prague, said a major reason was the record low interest rates but also an increasing confidence in the Czech economy.
