According to figures from the Czech Statistical Office, the offering property prices in Prague declined 2.2% in 2010 Q4 but rose 0.2% outside of the capital. The net effect was a 0.9% decrease of property prices on the previous quarter.
As brought out in the article, these figures are based on the prices at which property is being offered and not actual sale prices, which are on average 4.2% less.
