Pardubice and Hradec Králové, have both been historical cities in Czech Republic that have been at the crossroads of economic prosperity.
Right now, combined with Ostrava, it contains some of the highest yielding property in Czech Republic.
If an investor is looking at buying in one of these two centers, what areas should they focus on? Where are the majority of prospective tenants from and how can your selection of property reflect this?

“Research we conducted late last year showed that there were 10,000 students in Pardubice but the university campuses only had beds for 1800. This creates additional pressure on the rental market and rents have gone up over the last while.”
